I will work with you to develop an individual plan that works for your family and that you are comfortable with and be available for follow up support.

Services offered:

1. Phone Consult - $225 + GST, approx. 1 hour + 10 days of 24 hour follow up support by email, text, or phone.

2. In Home Consult $325+GST in the GTA and Guelph, Kitchener, Orangeville areas. Travel premiums may apply for other areas.

3. In Home Support -A Sleep Doula will come to your home to sleep train your child with you or for you after your consult. $40/hr. 8 hour minimum and travel premiums may apply for some areas.

4. Parent's group - Get together with friends for a 2 hour workshop. Basics of infant and toddler sleep, options for sleep training, baby calming and gentle sleep shaping are covered. Time is given to discuss individual sleep issues and assist parents in development of sleep plans. Also each family can have a 30 minute follow up phone within 30 days of workshop. Suitable for pregnancy to 18 months. $60/one parent, $80/2parents. Minimum 6 families

5. Scheduled Workshop - please email info@thebabysource.ca for an updated workshop schedule.

6. Postpartum Doula Support - If your baby or babies are not old enough or ready to learn to sleep through the night a professional Doula can come to your home to assist you with care through the night. Infant care and instruction, Mother support and gentle sleep shaping are available.

7. 5 Day extended Support Package $99 + GST. ( Or Mini consult). For previous clients.

Commences with mini phone consult (up to 30 min) evaluation, refresher, identify clear objectives.

Followed by 5 days of phone/text/email support.

Additional follow up email/ phone calls (up to 20 minutes) can be purchased at $25 +GST
