The role of the postpartum Doula is to “Mother the New Mother.” She is experienced in caring for Mothers and newborns and provides physical, emotional and practical support to all members of the family.

Services offered are tailored to the Mother's needs.

The professional doula doesn’t just walk into a house and take over—she does whatever is necessary so that the new mother will start to feel that she is taking control of things again.
