The Sleep Doula® Need Sleep? You Need a Sleep Doula! What is a Sleep Doula?: A Sleep Doula is person experienced and knowledgeable with infants, new parents and their sleep issues. She provides emotional, educational and practical support for the baby and family. A Sleep Doula provides the baby's parents with information and options enabling the them to make their own decision about how to get their baby or babies to sleep through the night. Our Doulas provide consultation and support helping you get your baby sleeping through the night. We can even do the sleep training for you or with you if you wish. When should I start thinking about
sleep training? A parent would do well to start thinking about developing good sleep habits around 6 weeks of age with some solid routines established by 4 months. There are some simple steps that can be taken early on that can ease you child’s journey to become an independent sleeper. What
locations do you service? What sleep training techniques does a Sleep Doula use? A Sleep Doula will work will evaluate your family situation and work with you to develop an individual sleep plan that works for both you and your child or children.
